"Ben did a spring air conditioner tune up and checked my whole system. He was very thorough and checked everything out. He cleaned the outside fan, checked all the electronics, and more. Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain everything. He found a wiring mistake with my thermostat that I didn't even know was a problem, but he just fixed it and it made everything work even better. He had good recommendations for air filters. I appreciate him taking the time and doing a thorough job. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and I would be happy use this company again."

"About seven years ago, I replaced my entire AC system. Over the past couple of weeks, it couldn’t keep the house below 80 degrees—it was barely working. Deep down, the last thing I wanted was someone trying to pitch a full replacement. I live in City Center, so I searched for AC HVAC services on Google Maps. The Cool Guys stood out with a perfect 5-star rating. In desperation, I sent them a text. Nate responded within minutes and was available that same evening. It was incredible—he arrived quickly and diagnosed two separate issues, both of which he fixed on the spot. He even had the new capacitor I needed with him, which felt miraculous since mine was completely shot. On top of that, my NEST thermostat had been throwing a system error (N262) ever since I installed it last month. The common wire needed to be connected at the furnace. In about 30 minutes—and for an incredibly reasonable price—we went from misery to something that felt like paradise. I can’t recommend The Cool Guys enough. "I had a great experience with the Cool Guys when my furnace stopped working. It was throwing a couple error codes and I wasn’t sure what was going on, especially with how cold it’s been. Nate and Ben came out and were awesome to work with. They were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what the codes meant, and got everything fixed the right way. While they were inspecting everything, they found a large chunk of metal inside the unit that was starting to rust and would have led to major issues down the road if it hadn’t been caught. I’m really grateful they were thorough enough to catch something like that early. They also noticed my air filter was dirty and swapped it out while they were there, which I really appreciated. It’s little things like that that show they actually care about the system running properly and about their customers. My furnace has been working perfectly since they left. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected. "Nate and Ben pulled an 11 hour day overhauling our 20-year-old HVAC system. When the previous owners moved out of our house 11 years ago, they took the a/c with them and we've been suffering with a swamp cooler and ceiling fans and hot/cold spots in our house ever since. We are SO happy with the ice-cold, energy-efficient, split a/c system they put in, plus a new furnace with a superb filter. "Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning. They came out the same day and got the old furnace working well enough to make it until the next day. They provided several options for a permanent fix. We opted for a new furnace that was similar to the old one. They came back the next day and installed it. The newly installed furnace looks and works great and they left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. If you need HVAC work I highly recommend you give Cool Guys HVAC a call."
