"About seven years ago, I replaced my entire AC system. Over the past couple of weeks, it couldn’t keep the house below 80 degrees—it was barely working. Deep down, the last thing I wanted was someone trying to pitch a full replacement. I live in City Center, so I searched for AC HVAC services on Google Maps. "I had a great experience with the Cool Guys when my furnace stopped working. It was throwing a couple error codes and I wasn’t sure what was going on, especially with how cold it’s been. Nate and Ben came out and were awesome to work with. They were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what the codes meant, and got everything fixed the right way. While they were inspecting everything, they found a large chunk of metal inside the unit that was starting to rust and would have led to major issues down the road if it hadn’t been caught. "Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning. They came out the same day and got the old furnace working well enough to make it until the next day. They provided several options for a permanent fix. We opted for a new furnace that was similar to the old one. They came back the next day and installed it.
